Return & Refund Policy

At Culture Villains, every piece of apparel is made uniquely for you. We produce our items on demand—meaning we don't hold inventory. Once you place an order, we get to work making it specifically for you.

Because of this custom business model, our return policy is a little different than big-box retail stores. Please read the guidelines below carefully.

1. Returns & Exchanges
Since every product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Size Guide: To ensure you get the perfect fit, please check the size guide provided on every product page before placing your order. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own that fits well and comparing those measurements to our chart.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our villains. If your product arrives damaged, or if there is a manufacturing error (e.g., misprinted design, holes in the fabric), we will make it right with a free replacement or a refund.

Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of the product delivery date to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

How to Report an Issue: You do not need to return the damaged item to us. To sort this out quickly:

Attach a clear photo showing the issue.

Note: If multiple items in your order are affected, please take a single photo with all affected items visible in the frame.

3. Print Placement
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, please note that there is a standard industry tolerance of 0.5 inches regarding print placement. Minor variations in where the design sits on the shirt within this tolerance are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

4. Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

Wrong Address: If an order is returned or lost because an incorrect address was provided, we cannot offer a free replacement. You may opt for a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly.
